Job Description

Global Business Solutions is a commercial team consisting of specialists in global data harmonization and visualization, data access consultation, multi-country reporting, tracking services & tools.


You will be responsible to:


Actively contribute to business planning process by providing relevant documents such as Contract management, invoicing instructions and revenue tracking vs contracts )


Work continuously and collaboratively with key internal players (Account Management, Finance and Legal teams) as well as Clients on all administrative aspects of Global Contracts


Ensure precise internal tracking of proposals, active contracts and revenue recognition



Qualifications

3-4 years of experience working in an international business environment, ideally in administrative, financial or legal roles


Very strong business English (French/German/Spanish languages are a plus)


Understanding of financial terminology and how this relates to business success


Strong written and verbal communication and excellent interpersonal skills


Strong problem solving and analytical skills


Strong time and project management skills


Advanced Excel skills (Power BI , database management or automation skills is an advantage)


Team player spirit
