We are looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager to join MODIFI's business development and sales team in India and support MODIFI in its mission to change the world of international trade.


Your impact:


  • We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented individual.
  • You will be responsible for acquiring new customers in the Indian market through various channels such as customer meetings, industry events,  calling, email and relevant digital channels.
  • You are a hunter, who rolls up his / her sleeves and sniffs out opportunities, taking cases through the entire sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Build a strong direct sales funnel to make MODIFI the leader in Trade Finance for SMEs in India.
  • Team up with global Sales & Business development teams in other countries to exploit cross-selling opportunities (with our direct customers or the counterparts of customers).
  • Be extremely results driven, exceeding ambitious targets (financial, customer satisfaction, operational) and taking MODIFI to the next level.
  • Partner with cross functional teams across Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Risk to find solutions and close deals.
  • Be the voice of the customer and engage with Product teams to drive product localization and improvements.
  • Be a team player, contributing towards broad company goals in a world-class team with a performance- and people-driven culture.
