Sales Manager - Export (F/M/D)

• Assist customers in their efforts to be cost-effective, using effective value-added selling techniques to outline the benefits of our products.
• Grow market share in assigned territory; Meet or exceed annual territory budgeted forecast.
• Channel management (Recruitment, Training, Performance monitoring) for all distributor partners within India and Export territory.
• Conduct training for customers & channel partners to ensure proper usage and application of products.
• Conduct product trials for new product developments and provide feedback to the technical staff and the laboratory.
• Collaborate internally to develop new products and improve existing products to meet customer needs. 
• Provide on-site technical support and training to customers and channel partners as required; evaluate new product technology.
• Develop sales and value selling skills to assigned customers.
• Handle all product in accordance with environmental regulations.  

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry with MBA.
• Minimum 10 years+ of experience in sales and technical service, preferably in the chemical speciality field
• Experience in value selling.
• Team Player and ability to travel extensively.
• Preference will be given for those who have working sales experience in Middle East countries.
