Sales Supervisor/Regional Manager should be able to manages sales within his defined regional territory. He/She is responsible for achieving sales revenue through generating orders through clinical/operating room selling of the PMA products & representing the organisation in accordance with its policies
·Achievement of volume objectives along with achievement of key product objectives for both primary and secondary numbers.
·Responsible for Team Management.
·Successful launch of new products by right execution and implementation in the area.
·Ensuring periodic validation and maintenance of customer/account data.
·Maintain Core costumer relationship to ensure continuation of business.
·Ensure effective adequate territorial coverage as per divisional standards of costumers
·Ensuring implementation of promotional strategies & utilization of inputs while keeping Medtronic policies in mind.
·Ensure effective distribution by proper dealer management, operations, strategies & inputs. Also ensure that channel compliance towards Medtronic policies are completely adhered. Ensure that DSO, POC etc are maintained as per guidelines.
·Strong Interpersonal skills, with focused People/Customer/Result orientation.
·Strong people management experience of 4-5 Years
·Strong grasp on the market a and understanding around the complexities, competition, customer preferences etc
·Ability to prioritize and execute as per the needs of the business and the current set of challenges
·Strong analytical skills (to understand local markets and customer needs) in order to develop region specific plans, strategies and tactics.
·Bachelor in/ Engineering / Science
·MBA in Sales and Marketing
·Minimum 7-13 yrs sales experience in Concept Selling/ Medical Devices Selling is Mandatory
·Experience of Distribution Management
·Willing to travel extensively
·Strong Team Handling Experience
