About the team


As part of the CRM & Sales Tools team within Global Enterprise, you will build and develop the strategic CRM tools to enable Sales, Marketing, Demand Generation, Customer Support and other supporting company departments to maximise operational leverage in serving our customers globally.


What you will be doing


In this role you will develop and improve the system through analysing and reviewing business, functional, and technical requirements. The role also involves being part of key architectural design and development which will require Salesforce CPQ and the use of Aura, LWC, APEX and Flows. Automation through capture forms directly within the Sales, Service and Community Clouds along with integrations. Administration of the system will be part of the role but the focus is on the development of the system in which we strive to be at the forefront of innovation in the Fin Tech space. Single Sign-on will be an evolving part of the role as we leverage Salesforce’s Identity Management into other business critical portals. Last but not least you will develop reporting and key management information outputs to support the day-to-day running and long-term planning of the business.


  • In this role you will develop and improve the system through analysing and reviewing business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to clients and prospects on Salesforce and CPQ best practices.
  • Be recognized as a functional CPQ expert.
  • Integrations into internal and external systems leveraging the latest API technologies and techniques.
  • Development follows Agile practices with a global development team.
  • Assess client current state processes, pain points, and future needs, and articulate how Salesforce and/or CPQ can bridge those gaps.
  • Optimize existing codebase and system architecture with a focus on increased efficiency and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to analyze proposed enhancements in functionality and provide analysis and solution design expertise.
  • Customize Salesforce to match business requirements assuring data quality.
  • You will administer setup, customization and configuration including but not limited to the following: standard and custom objects, data management, reports and dashboards, workflows and alerts, flows, user and security settings.
  • You will also support the day-to-day running of the business within Salesforce, which includes interacting with business users, technology partners, and sourcing partners

What you bring:


  • Understanding of SFDC functionality with an emphasis on CPQ related objects in the Sales Cloud
  • Salesforce Developer DEV401/Platform Developer 1 certification
  • Minimum of 1 years of Salesforce CPQ experience
  • 3+ years Salesforce coding experience
  • 3+ years of Salesforce development / implementation on a global or enterprise level
  • 3+ years Sales Cloud experience
  • 2+ Years Service Cloud experience

  • Certified Salesforce CPQ Specialist
  • Salesforce Advanced Developer DEV501/Platform Developer 2 certification
  • Community Cloud experience
  • Marketing Cloud experience
  • Lightning component experience
