Role Overview


We are looking for a skilled Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer with 4–6 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, primarily focused on Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM). The ideal candidate should possess strong Salesforce Administration capabilities, working knowledge of Salesforce development, and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


The candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering analytical dashboards, data models, reports, and business insights while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive data-driven decision-making


Responsibilities


  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CRM Analytics dashboards, datasets, lenses, recipes, and dataflows.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
  • Build interactive dashboards and KPIs for Sales, Service, Marketing, and business operations teams.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical needs.
  • Perform Salesforce Administration activities like User management, Profiles & Permission Sets, Reports & Dashboards, Validation Rules, Flows and Process Automation
  • Support data integration and transformation activities across Salesforce and external systems.
  • Collaborate with development teams for custom implementations and enhancements.
  • Troubleshot CRM Analytics and Salesforce platform-related issues.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and security best practices.
  • Provide regular status updates and effectively manage stakeholder expectations.

    • Dashboard design and visualization
    • SAQL

Salesforce Administration


  • Good hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration including:
    • Reports & Dashboards
    • Flow Automation
    • Security Model
    • Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets
    • Validation Rules
    • Data Management

Salesforce Development Knowledge


  • Apex
  • SOQL/SOSL
  • Lightning Components/LWC (basic understanding)
  • API integrations
  • Deployment processes

Soft Skills


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Salesforce CRM Analytics certification preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is preferred.

Nice to Have


  • Experience with Tableau or other BI tools.
  • Knowledge of ETL/Data Integration tools.
  • Experience working in enterprise Salesforce implementations.
