Role: Salesforce Developer
Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Mumbai

shift: 2 - 11pm

Description: 
Salesforce Developer with 4–8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud). 
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows. 
• Work on enhancements and new implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. 
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify functional queries, and propose optimal technical solutions. 
• Build scalable components, integrations, and automation aligned with Salesforce best practices. 
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization activities. 
• Assist in deployment planning and execution using Copado, ensuring smooth release management. 
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment notes. 
• Support continuous improvement through adoption of new Salesforce features and development standards. Required Skills & Experience 
• Strong programming skills in: Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Queueable, Integrations), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows, Automation Design) 
• Experience working with: Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations, Experience Cloud (Community) configuration and customization 
• Hands-on experience with Copado or similar DevOps tools for Salesforce deployments. 
• Working knowledge of Git/version control systems and branching strategies. 
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations, APIs, and data migration tools. 
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits. 
• Ability to convert functional requirements into well-architected technical solutions. 
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. 

Preferred Qualifications 
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification (PD2 is a plus). 
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release governance. 
• Exposure to integration/middleware tools is an advantage. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
