Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks
· Drive business process consulting by translating customer business processes into IT solutions, including quality assurance
· Help position disruptive business innovation
· Support end-to-end solution design across all relevant solutions (OnPremise, Cloud, and Hybrid), applying Avertra’s methodologies
· Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes
· Drive deployment of SAP Model Companies for a specific area of business
· Demonstrating profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools
· Support for pre-sales activities
· Performance of feasibility studies/solution reviews
· Support in escalated projects
· Taking over the responsibility from time to time as a (sub-)project lead
· Takes responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks
· Delivers customer workshops and training

Experience & Language Requirements
Functional Experience
§ 10 -18 years of experience in business process consulting
§ Has a minimum of five years’ experience in implementations
§ Good understanding of the industry and/or LoB specific business processes
§ Has performed feasibility studies / PoCs etc.
Managerial Experience
§ Takes responsibility from time to time as a sub project lead and/or team lead
§ Acts as a coach for colleagues
English: Fluent
Education
· University Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Professional Training & Certification
· Solution Certification
