The Role :
We are looking for an energetic team player to play a key role on some of the world’s largest brands. You will come with multi-dimensional experience working across brand solutions, digital and brand strategy.
You will also work in collaboration with different teams to identify and implement entrepreneurial and operational initiatives capable of delivering fame for the wider business.
We move fast, so we need someone who can work quickly and collaboratively, at times taking minimal information and filling in the gaps with insight and structure. From initial insight to final decks, we need someone who can craft a strategy into a persuasive story that inspires creative teams and excites clients. We like to nerd out and get our hands dirty and expect you to bring your full strategic arsenal to do the same. 

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the strategy & brand vision internally and externally  
  • Is the cultural fuel: On top of cultural and social trends relevant to clients 
  • Is current on industry, customer and competitor information and integrates those insights into strategic recommendations  
  • Develops clear and inspiring creative briefs and an extensive point of view for new business and current clients 
  • Working on brief development, new business pitches and department initiatives 
  • Partners with Creatives to concept, explore and push the work 
  • Can design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research via focus groups, brainstorming sessions and one-on-one interviews 
  • Is knowledgeable regarding to media, creative and messaging strategy 
  • Can design for effectiveness and implement measurement strategies  
  • Collaborates across disciplines and hierarchies 
  • Debates constructively and brings provocations 

Qualifications:


  • 6+ years of strategy experience in a creative advertising agency preferred
  • Masters Degree in any domain
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
