Senior Advisor, Machine Learning Engineer

You will contribute to feature engineering, experimentation at scale, and model optimization for latency and throughput. • Design, implement, and evaluate ML models with reproducible training and inference pipelines.
• Develop feature engineering workflows and data quality checks with clear documentation.
• Integrate models into services, add telemetry, and automate retraining and rollbacks.
• Conduct experiments and ablation studies to improve accuracy, robustness, and efficiency.

Essential Requirements 

• 8-12 years of related experience
• Hands-on experience with Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and data tooling (Pandas/NumPy).
• Familiarity with cloud-native development, containers, and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of model evaluation, monitoring, and drift detection.
• Effective collaboration skills and the ability to translate requirements into technical tasks. 

Desirable Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Experience with vector databases, embedding models, or GPU acceleration.
