What will your essential responsibilities include?
·Key resource for providing support to business users on their daily BAU issues and sharing solutions.
·Key resource for providing production support for maintenance activities and Security Access.
·Key resource for assisting with issue tracking and resolution.
·Key resource in providing weekly updates to stakeholders about completed, ongoing activities in the pipeline.
·Responsible for coordinating with business users for user acceptance testing and getting the resolution of identified gaps between business requirements and Oracle application functionality.
·Support maintenance of Interfaces, Error reports, and extension tables.
·Be part of the creation of the SDLC documents.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Operational Finance.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Required Skills and Abilities:
·Relevant years of exposure in any of the domains like Commercial Insurance, Banking and Finance is needed.
·Excellent communication skills are needed, who can communicate with business users and clients and understand the business requirement from them.
Desired Skills and Abilities:
·Functional exposure in ERP is desirable.
·Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Skills: - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint personation skills will be much appreciated.
