Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior DevSecOps Engineer to design, implement, and secure scalable, cost-efficient cloud-native systems across multi-cloud environments. This role focuses on automation, Kubernetes-based deployments, observability, and integrating security into every stage of the software development lifecycle while reducing operational overhead.


Responsibilities


  • Design and manage Kubernetes-based deployments for scalable and resilient applications.
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Tekton, and ArgoCD with integrated security checks.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for automated and consistent deployments.
  • Architect and manage cost-efficient cloud solutions across Azure, AWS, GCP, and Alibaba Cloud.
  • Design and maintain cloud networking architectures including VNet/VPC, routing, VPN connectivity, and Hub & Spoke network models.
  • Integrate DevSecOps practices including container image scanning, code quality checks, and security validations.
  • Manage vulnerability management processes and remediation activities.
  • Oversee patch management lifecycle and system hardening.
  • Configure and manage firewall platforms for secure environments.
  • Utilize tools such as JFrog Artifactory, CrowdStrike Falcon, and Qualys VMDR.
  • Implement monitoring and observability using Datadog.
  • Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, and Groovy.
  • Drive initiatives to reduce operational overhead through automation.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote DevSecOps best practices

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum Experience 7 + year
  • Certifications in cloud, networking, or security domains are a plus.
  • Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP are highly desirable.
  • Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD) or DevOps certifications are an advantage.
  • Experience with advanced security models such as Zero Trust architecture is beneficial.
