Position Summary: 


Illumina is seeking a Senior Engineer responsible for the administration, configuration, implementation, and support of Illumina’s Global PLM Teamcenter environment. The role will be responsible to install, configure, upgrade, and integrate with other enterprise application. Responsibilities include analyzing technical and functional needs, architect TC environments, leading a team of vendor and internal admin teams, setting up performance tuning and identify solutions for performance improvement and recommending best practices. 


Responsibilities


  • Quarterly & monthly deployment of Teamcenter and CAD integrations


  • Create Teamcenter Environments for projects and support releases.


  • Work closely with other IT organizations for hardware, networking, SSO, integrations, etc.


  • Coordinate support activities and identify solutions for complex issues.


  • Establish automated application monitoring, performance tuning.


  • Develop Technical Architecture to ensure un-interrupted operation of the entire PLM ecosystem.

Requirements


  • Experience in Teamcenter administration, configuration, implementation, migrations, upgrades and knowledge in architecture, concepts, components.


  • Deep expertise in Teamcenter application and data-model administration.


  • Experience in Teamcenter 12, 14, 2312 & 2406 installation, configuration, upgrade.


  • Experience in Active Workspace 4, 5, 6 architecture, concepts, components, installation, configuration & upgrade.


  • Experience in Building, troubleshooting Teamcenter CAD integrations, especially SolidWorks, AutoCAD.


  • Experience in BMIDE deployments.


  • Experience in DevOps and Release management.


  • Experience in Administration of modules like Workflow Designer, Query Builder, Organization, Structure Manager, and Supplier Collaboration.


  • Experience in Configuring, managing, and troubleshooting FMS, pool manager, dispatcher, and Store and Forward


  • Experience in Running OOTB and custom ITK utilities related to deployments, debug & share log files.


  • Good understanding of Linux & Windows environments.


  • Knowledge on Digital Rights Management, Okta and SSO


  • Experience in data migration activities and ETLV process.


  • Experience in managing and deployment of Mendix applications.


  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.


  • Hands-on experience in addressing day-to-day Teamcenter issues.


  • Basic problem-solving/Analytical skills in Application issues, Root cause analysis, and Configurations.


  • Good understanding of the Software development process (Agile), Verification and Validation process


  • Effective communication & resolve end-user issues on a day-to-day basis and with other IT Teams as needed.

  • Overall Relevant experience – 6-10 Years


Education


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computers/Electrical/Mechanical Eng or related field
