Position Summary: 

Illumina is seeking a Senior Engineer responsible for capturing business requirements, Coordinate, and drive execution of OQ/PQ to meet the validation and compliance requirements. Responsibilities include analyzing technical and functional needs, document URS, FRS, RTM, Test scripts, drive entire validation process for quarterly and monthly releases. 

Responsibilities

• Partner with application developers to scope and implement new product features.

  
  

• Provide guidance to PLM user community on PLM best practices.

  
  

• Develop and manage business process mapping, process gap identification, and gap reconciliation.

  
  

• Support acceptance testing and adoption for customizations and application enhancements.

  
  

• Analyze and translate business requirements into an architectural blueprint that outlines solutions that integrate across applications, systems, and platforms to achieve business objectives.

  
  

• Identify and work cross-functionally to ensure solutions implemented enabling digital product development process.

  
  

• Drive Med devices driven System Validation processes including but not limited to OQ/PQ

  
  

• Document user requirements/User stories. Translate into FRS.

  
  

• Drive test team to capture test scripts and ensure full test coverage and develop a fully traceable RTM.

Requirements

• Experience in Test estimations especially on Teamcenter PLM

  
  

• Experience in leading test efforts for Teamcenter projects especially in a medical device or related regulated industries.

  
  

• Extensive experience in development of Test strategy, Test Plan, Data migration testing and test execution

  
  

• Good understanding of Teamcenter PLM especially in Item management, Change management, BOM management, Structure Manager, Document Management, ERP and other enterprise integrations.

  
  

• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  
  

• Basic problem-solving/Analytical skills in Application issues, Root cause analysis, and Configurations.

  
  

• Good understanding of the Software development process (Agile), Verification and Validation process

  
  

• Effective communication & resolve end-user issues on a day-to-day basis and with other IT Teams as needed.

Experience

• Overall Relevant experience – 6-10 Years

  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computers/Electrical/Mechanical Eng or related field
