Daily tasks will include:
Develop customizations in NetSuite as defined by requirements to be communicated by the team's business analysts / senior team
Assist in troubleshooting issues encountered in NetSuite by the system’s users
Document system customizations
Assess and analyze development needed for system requirements brought forward by the team's business analysts / requested by users
Attend project meetings as needed
Coordinate test teams and required testing of system customizations developed
Participate in tasks pertaining to the technical operations of NetSuite as may be needed
Act as NetSuite Stakeholder on projects to implement other finance apps into the overall finance apps stack.
Review and contribute to solution design in response to business requirements
Support communication to end users via documentation or presentations.
Participate in and lead initiatives to optimize NetSuite functional use and performance via system health checks, tooling and system reviews.
Engage, where applicable, with our Oracle partners on enhancement development and deployment.
Work with the NetSuite Support team to provide expertise and assistance on issue resolution and bug fix development and delivery.
