About this Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build and maintain scalable, secure, cloud-native web applications across the full technology stack. This role involves working with React, Node.js, C#/.NET, PostgreSQL and AWS within a microservices architecture. The individual will contribute to technical design, lead complex problem-solving, mentor colleagues, and embed AI-assisted development practices to enhance delivery quality and efficiency in an agile environment.


What you’ll do

• Deliver full-stack solutions, taking features from concept through to production and ongoing support.
• Develop responsive and accessible front-end applications using React, Node.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Build robust back-end services and RESTful APIs using C#/.NET.
• Design and optimise PostgreSQL schemas and queries to ensure performance, integrity and security.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS using microservices architecture, CI/CD and containerisation practices.
• Apply AI-assisted development tools across coding, testing, refactoring and review with appropriate validation.
• Lead and participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to high engineering standards.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and mitigate technical risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies and maintain transparent work tracking using Jira.


Who you are

• Extensive hands-on experience in full stack development (minimum 8+ years; 12+ years preferred in professional environments).
• Strong expertise in React, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end development practices.
• Advanced knowledge of C#/.NET, RESTful API design and object-oriented programming.
• Solid experience working with PostgreSQL including schema design and optimisation.
• Practical experience with AWS and cloud-native application deployment.
• Proven experience designing microservices-based systems with CI/CD pipelines and containerisation.
• Proficiency in Git, automated testing and secure coding practices.
• Experience applying AI tools within the software development lifecycle with sound judgement.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and mentoring skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and ownership of outcomes.
• Comfortable working in agile/SAFe environments with tools such as Jira.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
