As a Sr IT Technologist, you will architect and own the Microsoft 365 ecosystem for our organization. You will ensure that we deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions that meet the business needs and align with the IT strategy. You will also collaborate with other IT Technologist, stakeholders, and vendors to plan, execute, and support Collaboration and Productivity projects and initiatives.

• Design, implement, and maintain the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint , OneDrive, Teams, and other applications.
• Design, implement, and configure SharePoint/OneDrive solutions to meet the needs of the organization.
• Manage and maintain SharePoint farms, servers, and services, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define SharePoint/OneDrive site architecture, navigation, and security settings.
• Develop and implement governance policies, best practices, and standards for SharePoint/OneDrive usage and content management.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SharePoint/OneDrive functionality.
• Monitor and optimize the performance and scalability of SharePoint/OneDrive sites and services, including implementing backups, disaster recovery, and security measures.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in SharePoint technologies, as well as best practices in collaboration and document management.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft Teams at Medtronic
• Configure and optimize Microsoft Teams settings including meetings and webinar to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration
• Ensure Microsoft Teams complies with industry standards and company policies, implementing necessary security measures to safeguard sensitive and confidential information, including PHI and PII
• Create and maintain documentation for the environments and solutions. 
  

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of IT experience or 7+ years with Master degree.
• 5+ years’ experience (3+ years experience with an advanced degree)
