Job Role

Role purpose:  


The Business/Process Improvement Lead deliver to the organization the appropriate methodology, tools and processes to perform in an optimum way. Analysing the performance and trends, through KPI analysis and reporting, whilst conducting various qualitative reviews to provide continuous improvement programmes and deliver demonstrable and quantifiable benefits. Typically reports to the Senior Business/Process Improvement Manager.


Purpose of the role is to drive the conceptualization, development of various approach & provide advisory/consultancy services to Local Market/Group entities.  They also play a crucial role to act as a Program Manager, to bring change management, transformation and project management expertise to generate custom Digitalisation Roadmaps & smooth project deployment for the LM/group entities in scope.


Key aspects of the role:


  • Oversees the E2E project and works very closely with other cross functional teams & key stakeholders in VOIS and across the LM/Group entities in conjunction with the VOIS, VDBS, IT and Strategic Projects Leadership
  • Leads the team of Intelligent Operations advisors in doing Local Market/Group  review & assessments to generate custom Digitalisation Roadmaps for the processes  in scope
  • Identifying commercially viable business opportunities to develop automated solutions for partners.
  • Deliver automated solutions according to partner specifications on time, as per the available budget, according to local market/group IT and Security standards
  • Lead / mentor cross functional & centre strategic/transformational projects with the aim of driving efficiency/effectiveness and providing visibility to stakeholders on performance
  • bottlenecks and by identifying efficient approaches to accomplish task
  • Is the subject matter expert for continuous improvement methodologies and their application for assigned business processes
  • Leads high impact Projects. Communicates stakeholder requirements, facilitates delivery of project objectives, tracks progress. Identifies solutions to issues and risks, communicates status
  • Ensures full execution and implementation of new processes and systems.
  • Trains, coaches and mentor’s individuals and teams in continuous improvement methodologies and business process and systems.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:


  • Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
  • Consultancy / Advisory / Process Improvement experience
  • Hands on Agile Experience
