Job Description

Job Summary


The Director - Strategic Initiatives role is part of Revenue Operations and requires you to work closely with the Senior leadership, to drive cross-functional projects initiated by CRO and VP GTM Operations. It requires you to collaborate with multiple teams, solve complex business critical problems and manage organisation-wide initiatives. Candidates having similar experience focussed on problem-solving and excellent interpersonal skills will be a great fit.


Additionally, you will be leading a team of skilled revenue operations analysts. The ideal candidate is highly driven, analytical, organised, and with domain expertise in SaaS operations. 


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop a keen understanding of business, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to solve complex, unstructured business problems within constrained timelines.
  • Ability to identify problems and areas for improvement and recommend long-term strategic solutions across various business functions
  • Enable data and insights based decision-making, and present high-quality analysis and recommendations.
  • Manage stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, process changes, and escalations.
  • Continue pushing stakeholders to think big in developing or re-designing processes and systems that can create transformational business impact.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Qualifications
  • 12+ years of similar work experience or in Management Consulting
  • MBA from a top-tier college; or bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with relevant work experience 
  • Strong research and data analytics background with the ability to quickly find insights to drive business outcome
  • Proven experience in team collaboration and acting as a liaison between various departments and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex initiatives from ideation to execution with multiple stakeholders successfully
  • Solutions-oriented and proven ability to multi-task across multiple high-priority and time-sensitive projects and stakeholders
  • Ability to deliver clear, concise, and reliable reporting on all activities to key stakeholders.
  • Positive attitude, self-starter, and high emotional intelligence (EQ)
  • 5+ years of experience as a people leader and program manager
