• Understanding of Mobile Architecture and Technologies
• Strong J2EE concepts and Java programming experience amongst others
• Familiar with frontend development using HTML CSS, JavaScript
• Proven working experience in design, implementation, test, deployment of Micro-Services (or Self-Contained-Services). Proven working experience in designing large distributed & scalable solutions
• Very good working experience in design, implementation, test of REST & SOAP APIs
• Familiar with Message Bus Architectures such as HornetQ, ActiveMQ
• Deep knowledge of designing services for public and private clouds
• Working experience with continues integration and test driven development
• Familiar with design pattern and architecture best practices (micro service architecture)
• Team player that is able to supervise a cross functional agile team
• Ability to analyse commercial requirements and put them into a technical concept
• Knowledge of Java Enterprise architecture and architecture patterns
• Proven problem solving and innovation ability
• Knowledge of web-based and service-based architecture
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Team player that is able to supervise a cross functional agile team
• Excellent communication skills (in an international distributed team) and capacity to learn and work independently
• Should be able to handle and manage team.

• Certification achieved in recognised Solution Architecture framework or Enterprise Architecture e.g. TOGAF.
• Experience in working in multi-location international teams
• Exposure to work in DevOps or Agile delivery teams

• Works self-contained and self-motivated to drive the development of highest standard
• Interface with Local Market stakeholders to review demand & design tailored solution
• Interface with Group internal stakeholders to drive the development.
• Contribute/review LLD from design perspective and work closely with Lead Developer
• Interprets business requirements and translate them into solution design in line
• Being accountable for all releases , development timeframes, and the  reliability and performance of the solution (KPIs & Performance measureS)
• Coach development team towards best of breed solution implementations
• Provide current best practice and 3rd Party solution alternatives as part of the solution design document
