Translate natural language to analytic queries and learn from user behavior to improve future responses. Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

• AI Solution Crafting: Design, develop, and maintain a suite of AI products addressing diverse use cases, including predictive, generative, and classification scenarios. Your work will be instrumental in solving complex challenges.
• Collaborative Innovation: Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to understand user requirements, implementing user-friendly AI solutions that align with our AI vision.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and evaluate new technologies to enhance the performance, maintainability, and reliability of our machine learning systems. Apply best practices, including CI/CD, automation, and security, to ensure optimal outcomes.

We’re looking for a teammate with:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning,DataScienceor a related field.
• A minimum of5years in similar rolesbuilding production-quality AI/ML software
• Programmingproficiency in languages such asPython, Golang,Java, C++
• 3+ years of experience withstructured data usingpopular machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow,PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with popular foundational models like Llama, Falcon,OpenAI, Hugging Face, Mistral, etc.

• 3+ years of experiencewith cloud service providers and relatedinfrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience building natural language applications orsystems
• Expertise in working with unstructured data sources:
  • RAG, vectordatabases, knowledgegraphs, grounding, prompt engineering, chain-of-thought, pre-training, fine-tuning
• Familiar with SQL programming and SQL / NoSQL databases (such as MongoDB,ElasticSearch)
• Demonstrated ability to stay abreast of emerging trends and new techniques in the field ofAI

Preferred experience for this role:

• 5+ Experience working with large-scale data and distributed computing environments.
• 3+ years of experience working with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• 3+ years of experience developing end-to-end machine learning pipelines.
• Familiarity with one or more ML workflow orchestration frameworks (ex:MLFlow,Airflow,KubeFlow)
• Familiarity with an ML/GenAIplatforms(e.g.Sagemaker,Bedrock, Vertex AI, Azure AI Studio)
• Familiarity with deep learning and neural network architectures
