Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join the Corporate Technology (CT) team and be part of our wide-reaching change community, delivering projects across the LSEG organisation.  


Reporting to the Director of PMO, the role provides data management, collation and reporting services to support a high standard of delivery across our capabilities and ensures clear, accurate reporting to our senior stakeholders.


Working closely with Project Managers and PMOs, the role is responsible for the evaluation of our project, programme and portfolio management information (MI), in line with LSEG’s processes and standards.


Key responsibilities


Leads monthly project delivery reporting cycle for CT, ensuring review of project health and finances with Capability leads. Consolidates project MI across CT to feed into monthly reporting cycle.


Promotes and monitors engagement and adherence to the Change Framework ensuring quality of input into our PPM Tool. Interacts with delivery teams, working with the wider PMO team to provide mentorship and challenge on the use of the framework and tools. Champions continuous improvement, driving our teams to be outstanding in our area of expertise.


The role will challenge areas of concern and collaborate to resolve issues.


Impact


Impact across CT organisation through relationships with delivery teams and capability leadership. Builds and maintains a positive relationship with Finance partners and Portfolio PMO counterparts.


Can do attitude. Ability to establish relationships with wide range of partners. An individual prepared and capable of challenging conventional thinking. There will be matrix management of more junior PMO roles who work directly into the Corporate Technology capabilities.


Preferred Skills and Experience


  • PMP, Prince 2 qualifications or degree in business management/admin field.
  • 3-5+ years of PMO or Project Management experience.
  • Excellent information management, collation and reporting skills, and proficiency with reporting tools such as Clarity PPM or other similar PPM tools
  • Strong time management, workload planning and organisational skills
  • Understanding about financial/accounts principles
  • Excellent written presentation and documentation management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to work within a team
  • Experience in a similar support role
  • A strong customer service focus and the ability to build effective working relationships with employees and external stakeholders/suppliers.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment and to process deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and an orderly approach to processing.
