Job Description  


  • Own the end-to-end delivery and lifecycle management of OTA (Over-the-Air) software development programs for Mercedes-Benz Infotainment systems in line with product strategy, customer expectations, and business objectives.
  • Primary Interface to global stakeholders, Product management, validation organizations, Cloud platform teams, and Vehicle integration functions to ensure seamless, and customer-centric OTA deployments
  • Define, establish, and continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Product quality, Delivery predictability and Operational excellence.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams by attracting top talent and fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning to ensure optimal utilization and sustainable business growth.
  • Promote Lean Agile, SAFe, and DevOps practices across the teams, driving continuous improvement, engineering efficiency, and faster value delivery.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop teams through structured goal setting, coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and systematic performance management.
  • Provide regular executive-level reporting and communication on program health, delivery status, risks, mitigation plans, resource needs, and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with ASPICE, and Mercedes-Benz software quality standards.
Qualifikationen

Qualifications  


  • Graduate in Computer Science, Electronics or related Engineering. 


  • No of Years: 12-18years of experience in developing/managing embedded software in infotainment. 


  • Adequate experience in automotive domain, exposure to people management 


  • German language skills is an added advantage.
