Globally we have a strong partnership with MasterCard and offices in New York and Dubai to serve our customers in the 2 geographies. Our Product team of 120+ people is building a global AI product out of Bangalore.

Key responsibilities:-

• Plan and execute projects in accordance with company objectives, requirements, and   constraints.

  
  

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

  
  

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  
  

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

  
  

• Lead project team members, providing guidance, motivation, and support.

  
  

• Manage project budget, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and approved.

  
  

• Ensure that projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.

  
  

• Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise the project team. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

  
  

• Oversee multiple client projects at the same time with different teams. 

  
  

• Allocation of people from a delivery pool to multiple projects as per client requirements and balancing of the team skills sets.

  
  

• Recruit and retain delivery teams across geographies

  
  

• Build and manage relationships and engage deeply with client stakeholders and internal teams. 

  
  

Skills required:

• Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex software delivery projects on time and within budget.

  
  

•  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  
  

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  
  

• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.

  
  

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  
  

•  Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software development project management.
