  • Be a part of a Global team which works on HR Projects, Enhancements & Support. ServiceNow HR Service Delivery is one of the softwares in the portfolio along with other on premise and cloud HR applications.
  • Responsible for understanding the business processes associated with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules.
  • Review & provide solutions for business requirements that are raised for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules.
  • Software development on ServiceNow platform for HR Service Delivery modules. Develop / code as per the Experian standard along with Testing & Implementing the functionalities as needed.
  • Work with different teams to investigate and resolve the issues that are raised within the stipulated SLAs. For e.g., Helpdesk, Global HR / Payroll customers, Peers in different regions, change management etc.
  • Prepare necessary documentations like configuration guides, design documents, test scripts, test plan etc.
  • Work with the Global Change management and the ServiceNow Core platform teams as per the change processes to introduce the change in the UAT and Production systems.
  • Maintain the data security and work in a highly auditable environment.
  • Work on a single global instance supporting multiple countries.
  • Work in a multi-lingual and culturally diverse environment including peers and customers.
  • Work in Flexible working arrangement as needed.
  • Work with the standard tools & applications as per the Experian standards.
  • Work with vendor to create support requests & get resolution for product issues.

  • 5 to 8 years working with the ServiceNow platform in an Admin/Developer and enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment creating automated workflows, service catalog and service portal items, REST and SOAP integrations, scoped applications and widgets, client scripts, server scripts, and UI policies.
  • 5 to 8 years scripting within ServiceNow, with strong skills in the following languages: using Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, XLM, AJAX, CSS, JSON, AngularJS
  • Must have Service now implementation experience in HR Service Delivery modules including employee center features. Should have In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow functionality and configuration options for these modules.
  • ServiceNow System Administration certification and/or ServiceNow Application Development certification required
  • Experience configuring MID Servers.
  • Solid knowledge of how to architect the extension of ServiceNow data structures to create applications
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
  • Experience with Integrations of 3rd party tools using (web services, REST, email, MID, etc…).
  • 3+ years' experience in Portal development, Analytical and design skills
  • 3+ years' experience using Service Portal pages, widgets.
  • Experience to build prototype / wireframes for new web UI interfaces, prototype / wireframe improvements to existing UI interfaces.
  • Candidate must be able to demonstrate the following ServiceNow development fundamentals: Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.
  • Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations.
  • Bachelors or master’s degree from a reputed institution - Computer Science, Information Services, or related field preferred
  • Prior working experience with complex solutions in a consulting firm or technology business is preferred.
  • Good to have – Exposure to Oracle database & PL / SQL scripting.
  • Good to have – Exposure to one or more HR Cloud Applications.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs.
  • Experience of working in CI / CD environment with strict change controls.
  • Experience of working with Global teams in a ‘follow the sun’ model.
  • Experience of working with business users independently.
  • Fluent English-speaking professional.
  • Experience designing optimized customer experiences 
  • Ability to work autonomously with minor supervision and as a member of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to a continually changing environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client facing skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to integrate with the team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Consistently deliver great result
