Key responsibilities include: Leading Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Refinement sessions with an emphasis on remote facilitation excellence. Maintaining rigorous delivery standards by monitoring quality and adherence to Agile best practices. Orchestrating governance through robust reporting mechanisms—tracking burndown charts, velocity metrics, and readiness indicators to provide transparent communication to stakeholders. To succeed, you will need To succeed, you will need: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; a master’s degree is advantageous. 8 to 10 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience, ideally within complex digital product environments. Proven expertise working with cross-functional teams spanning frontend, backend, and integration capabilities. Familiarity with Agile coaching, backed by certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is preferred. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills to align diverse teams and drive consensus. A proactive and autonomous working style, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to build trust among colleagues. Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and technical workflows, especially within e-commerce or customer portal projects, is highly desirable.
