Job Summary:
The ERP Senior Systems Analyst will provide functional leadership in Finance (focus on Costing) & Indirect Tax for implementation & support of Oracle ERP system in Trane Technologies.

By leveraging your expertise in Oracle R12 and Vertex tax technologies, you will contribute to streamlining tax processes, improving tax accuracy, and supporting tax planning initiatives.

This position will be part of the ERP team working across various locations to design, implement & support business solution/system utilizing Oracle R12 EBS & Oracle SaaS.

Responsibilities:

·Lead functional activities related to large ERP implementations. Responsible for activities from requirements gathering through design, development, and implementation in Finance & Vertex.

·Configure and maintain Oracle R12, to support Vertex O Series, Vertex Cloud to ensure accurate tax calculations and reporting.

·Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to Oracle R12 and Vertex Indirect Tax O Series and provide timely support to end-users.

·Maintain Enterprise application solution by coordinating new design requirements and RICE development with ongoing deployments while following TRANE Technologies design guidelines.

·Assist with business process re-engineering utilizing best business practices in Finance & Vertex to improve productivity and customer interaction.

·Drive the adoption of standard work processes, standard application functionality and data standards.

·Facilitate key stakeholders’ alignment and engagement for the program; making sure we deliver on time, within budget & with the quality as expected.

Qualifications:

·Qualified candidates will be driven individuals with strong working knowledge of ERP implementations & support in Finance (focus on Costing) and Vertex Tax Engine

·10+ years of ERP Implementation & Support experience

·Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously among changing priorities.

·Works in a collaborative fashion, elevates team results over individual results.

·Excellent communication skills, presenting, listening, and informing. Can communicate upward and downward.

·Manufacturing industry experience a plus

·Bachelor of Engineering degree required.
