About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic SEO Manager to lead our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, a proven track record of developing and implementing successful SEO strategies, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute SEO Strategies:

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms to adjust strategies accordingly.

Keyword Research and Analysis:

• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities and trends in target markets.
• Analyze and monitor keyword performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Technical SEO

• Oversee technical aspects of SEO, including website structure, crawlability, and site speed optimization.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement technical SEO improvements.

Content Optimization:

• Work closely with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation.
• Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, and content structure.

Link Building:

• Develop and execute a link-building strategy to improve the website's authority and credibility.
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant influencers and websites for link-building opportunities.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics.
• Provide regular reports to the executive team on the performance of SEO initiatives.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance and support for professional development.
