Your Role: SERVICE ENGINEER for HZL
Machinery worked on: Underground (UG) Loaders, UG Trucks, UG Drills

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting general mechanical and auto electrical duties, including maintenance, repairs, and fault diagnosis on all Sandvik Mining equipment. 
• Executing mechanical and auto electrical maintenance tasks according to maintenance plans, ensuring the integrity and safe operation of the equipment. 

• Offering valuable feedback to enhance maintenance planning and efficiency. 

• Keeping meticulous records of parts usage, equipment monitoring, and time logs. 
• Keeping audit of machine and proper fitment of parts.
• Execution of shift records with proper justification along with customer service team.

• Strictly adhering to all policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on EHS policies. 

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/BE in Engineering & Minimum 5-6 years’ Experience. Your demonstrated experience with trucks, loaders, and drilling mining equipment will be a distinct advantage. You should have a strong and proven safety culture, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong customer service focus. Your motivation and determination to achieve targets and goals, along with a proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to take initiative, are essential.
