Job Description

We are looking for a Program Support Associate for FC, CoBW and RCP programs who will work with internal team of Operations, ACES & S&LP to create/publish business review decks, set-up reviews, follow-through the planned tasks and co-ordinate the launch of new mechanisms and provide visibility of the same to leadership for the above programs. While we obsess over customers, we specialize in obsessing over identification of possible loss & abuse scope and build sustainable mechanisms to solve them.
SLP vision is to ensure Bad Actors never receive a dollar from transacting with Amazon and abusing our policies. This is done with minimal friction for good stakeholders, clearly communicated policies, and risk assessments. We are looking for a creative and experienced associate for a team that specializes in identity and supply chain verifications to support this vision.
Key job responsibilities
• Creating and publishing business review decks (WBR/MBR) and setting up reviews with internal/external stakeholders
• Coordinating the remuneration tasks for contractual employees
• Maintaining a repository of planned tasks and action items and following-up for closure
• Proven ability to deliver results and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously. Make data-driven tradeoffs to maintain strategic deliverables.
• Operate with a high degree of independence. This role requires a curious, self-starting, fast learner who thrives in ambiguous, challenging spaces.
• Set and achieve challenging goals to solve problems. Drive efficiency improvements by eliminating non-value-added processes and introducing automation to maximize impact.
• Co-ordinate launch of mechanisms and build processes that address future challenges.
• Extensively build trust with cross-organizational stakeholders. Use data to influence without authority and drive consensus at all levels of an organization.
• Quantify impact with basic analytics and investigation techniques. Advanced Excel skills are a minimum expectation (Basic SQL is a plus).
• The ideal candidate has a proven track record for identifying gaps in existing processes and drive operationally effective solutions to bridge them.

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from a recognized university
• Experience in loss prevention, security or related field with minimum 2 years of experience
• Hands on experience in reporting, data analysis, project coordination and stakeholder management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Effective Communication and collaborative skills
• A self-starter with extensive ability to thrive in an extremely ambiguous environment
• Experience in driving process improvements through automation or standardization
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
