Software Lead/Software Architect

Role Summary

Plans, designs, develops and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products including cloud-based or internet-related tools.

Key Responsibilities

Design and coding of LTE / LTE-A features on the CU
Provide Technical guidance and mentor the team 
Create and test Unit/Functional test cases
Support for system integration, customer/field issues

Job Requirements

Expertise in telecom software development
Overall experience of 12-15 years. Minimum 3-4 yrs of lead experience
Candidate should be able to lead and mentor team. 
Hands on knowledge of implementing LTE/LTE-A features. Good understanding of 3GPP specification.  
Good understand of RRC, PDCP, S1AP, X2AP, SCTP protocols.
Strong expertise in C/C++, data structures, netconf and code optimization understanding
Understanding of containerized platforms and cloud based deployments
Good debugging & trouble shooting skills, and understand of different debug tools
Experience in design and debugging of time and processor critical algorithms.
knowledge of Multi thread application development
Familiarity with field KPI analysis and optimization.
Good communication skills, and ability to work in cross functional and multi-sited teams
Understanding of ORAN concepts
