Primary Responsibilities
▪ The role will involve working closely with the Stakeholder, Technical Lead and team members to provide programming and analytical skills needed to enhance and support HR applications.
▪ Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Compensation, Core HR and Fast Formulas is mandatory.
▪ Experience in other Oracle Fusion HCM applications such as Absence Management, Time & Labor, Payroll & Recruitment.
▪ Reporting and integration experience are good to have.
▪ Implementation and support experience in handling HR application
▪ Establish a framework for necessary contributions from various departments and facilitate their collaboration
▪ Analyze current technologies used within the company and develop steps and processes to improve. ▪ Should have experience in working in agile team
▪ Should have strong People and Client management skills.
