Are you passionate about crafting innovative solutions with cutting-edge low-code tools? Join a global team where you'll lead the charge as an architect in optimizing processes and revolutionizing the landscape of workflow automation platforms using ServiceNow.
You will be a part of the Process Orchestration and Intelligence product team, working on workflow automation platforms to build solutions that optimize business processes. ServiceNow custom applications are low-code solutions built on the ServiceNow Platform that Include capabilities of Application Studio, Guided App Creator, and Mobile Studio. The platform provides a low-code collaborative development environment that enables developers of all skill levels to build and deploy applications on the Now platform rapidly.
The Opportunity
Designing AES and Service Studio offerings according to enterprise standards
Architecture review of currently existing solutions to ensure continuous improvement
Research, evaluation, proof of concepts, and adoption of new technologies
Designing non-functional requirements and implementation review to identify gaps between design and code
Developing architectural strategy and roadmaps
Who you are:
7-10 years of experience architecting the ServiceNow platform and its products with required certifications including:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, related study, or equivalent experience
Preferred experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow custom applications with App Engine Studio / Service Studio and specialization in the following areas:
Agile & DevOps
Workflows & Flow Designer
Catalog and UI builder
Integrations
Service Portal Design
Workspace
Experience working in agile teams (e.g. SAFe/Scrum)
Experience operating in regulated environments is a plus
