Describe the Primary Goals, Objectives or Functions or Outputs of this Position :- 



Major Responsibilities :-



  • To comply with manufacturing & maintenance schedule.


  • To maintain plant assets in line with quality & safety compliance.


  • To build good work environment across teams to have healthy relations.


  • To assume responsibility to improve process efficiency and quality of product.


  • Responsible for  maintaining automated ProcessEquipments  in Process area


  • Responsible for documentation of maintenance of records.


  • Responsible for following policies, work instructions and SOP’s.


  • Responsible for ensuring continuous compliance to Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP) and maintaining the hygiene of his area/machine.


  • Responsible for Troubleshooting and resolving operational & equipment  issues.


  • Need to involve in continuous improvement efforts /projects.


  • Responsible for following preventivemaintenanceplan and complete the tasks on time and perform the Work orders in Maximo.


  • Weekly planning of Work orders inmaximoand ensure timely completion of the scheduled activities.  


Education



  • ITIinrelatedfield(Mechanical,Electrical,Instrumentation)


  • 5-6yearsofrelevantexperienceinDairy, Food, PharmaandChemicalplant.


  • KnowledgeofMachineoperation&Maintenance


  • SoundknowledgeofcGMP.


Experience/Background



  •  Should have knowledge of food process industry and GMP affecting product quality.  


Accountability / Scope :- 



  • Tooperate& monitor the processequipments(HTG, evaporator , dryer &BlendingPacking) & associated activities as per schedule in the plant facility. 


  • Should have knowledge of food process industry and cGMP affecting product quality.


  • To maintain quality standards, tools and methods for processing materials into finished products.
