Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Responsible for the analysis & interpretation of data for talent management processes
  • Build partnerships with the Workday cross-functional team, HR Business Partners, Global Talent Management Leads to provide support, coaching and consulting to for Global Talent & Performance processes.
  • Responsible for system administration for Workday Talent & Performance, including research, testing and implementation of new features and functionality enhancements.
  • Responsible for providing system and technical support and proactively problem-solving issues with various stakeholders including employees & people managers, HR Business Partners
  • Conduct technical training on talent & performance activities
  • Identify and drive areas of process improvement to increase efficiency and employee experience by changes and enhancements. This role leads testing, documentation and developing communication material for end users
  • Staying abreast of new & upcoming system capabilities and features, partner with stakeholders in the design, testing and timely implementation of new features and functionality enhancements.
  • Providing day-to-day operational support for managed processes, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, process enhancements and maintenance of help resources documentation.
  • Managing all aspects of Portfolio / Change Requests for system fixes and enhancements.
  • Identifying potential process and system improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:


  • Graduate
  • Masters in Human Resources (Preferred)

Experience:


  • Overall – 5-7 years’ experience
  • Experience with HR / Talent Management
  • Workday experience
  • Prior experience working in a global corporate HR environment desired
  • Orgvue and Perceptyx experience is a plus
  • At least intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office Excel (including pivot tables & vLookups)
  • Ability to pull analysis together and make recommendations
  • Comfort with handling complex data with high level of attention to detail
