Data and Digital Services helps clients across various industries by addressing the increasingly complex strategic, operational, compliance, and governance challenges faced by those responsible for managing or overseeing dynamic businesses. Data and Digital Services offerings includes Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Integration and Migration Services; Point Solutions Finance Automation, Corporate Performance Management; Application and Development Integration; and e-commerce.

Our CAML(Casino Anti-Money Laundering) product helps casinos comply with regulatory requirements on reporting suspicious activity.  We are looking for a software quality assurance and support analyst.

Qualification and Minimum Entry Requirements

• B.Tech/ MCA/ MBA in Information Systems, Data Science or Business Analytics
• The candidate should have a minimum of 2-5 years of related work experience in software development, support, or QA
• Proficiency with ETL (extract, transform, load), Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience using T-SQL scripts (stored procedures, views, functions etc.) to manipulate data and simplify access to data
• Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
• Ability to interact effectively with internal and external resources at all organizational levels
• Excellent project management, organization, and follow-up skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Must be a team player; able to work in virtual teams and independently
• Curiosity about business and technology
• Experience with the following will be a plus: Microsoft PowerApps, Python, Javascript, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

Position Responsibilities

As a Supervisor/ Sr. Associate within the CAML practice, you will work with various sized casinos and receive hands-on client experience and you will be responsible for providing the highest level of operational support to RSM clients. The candidate must demonstrate willingness to go the extra mile for the team’s success. You will be responsible for working with the Data & Analytics practice leadership in the US to serve clients, by:

• Model the core RSM values of respect, integrity, teamwork, excellence and stewardship in all interactions with clients and team members
• Develop an understanding of the RSM Data and Digital Services approach, methodology and tools
• Executing solution delivery engagements
• Discerning, defining, refining, and documenting client requirements
• Effectively managing relationship with customer technical leads and business stakeholders
• Thinking proactively and acting with complete follow-through
• Designing and developing data warehouses, data, marts, and data models
• Building reports, dashboards and scorecards using a variety of tools
• Providing ongoing support to existing clients
• Building out demonstration scenarios and prototypes
• Collaborating and working effectively with consultants in different practices and help to build the offshore team capabilities in providing an integrated service delivery
• Perform technical and quality review of associate’s work
• Review and complete project status documents for client delivery
• Work collaboratively as a part of the team and communicate effectively with RSM consulting professionals, supervisors, and senior management in the U.S. daily
• Ensure professional development through ongoing education
