Job summary
Amazon is looking for a seasoned tech business development manager who can build 'Scaled, product led initiatives' to deliver Ads success for the next 1MM sellers on Amazon.in.
Key job responsibilities
• Build partnerships with product teams to create go-to-market solutions for thousands of tail advertisers who are mostly from SMB cohort.
• Collaborate with product teams across worldwide Ads and seller experience orgs to surface unique needs of SMB advertisers.
• Influence product roadmaps by contributing 'user stories' and 'working backwards' narratives.
• Build initiatives to simplify new advertiser experience via one click solutions, simplified tools that can create objective backwards campaigns.
• Grow coverage of advertising recommendations across thousands of SMB advertisers. Build partnerships with seller experience teams to leverage ingress points in a new seller journey like seller mobile App etc.
• Deliver goals on reach, effectiveness & adoption of Ads recommendations across a large cohort of 100K+ advertisers.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Bengaluru, KA, IND
- 6+ years of responding to requests for proposals (e.g., determining requirements, matching requirements to technical approach and solutions, developing solutions against requirements) experience
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- Experience in working with product teams to build requirement documents, user stories, customer feedback led insights.
