GAR (Global Accts Rec) is looking for a proactive, customer and detail oriented Analyst whose main responsibility will be to manage and resolve receivables related queries received from Amazon Vendors. You will support Amazon’s Vendor to resolve billing issues, reconcile accounts to provide better vendor experience .
Key job responsibilities
1. Understanding of Accounts Receivables process
2. Collaborate with various stakeholders (Billing, Finance, Legal, Tax, Customer Service) to resolve customer disputes and queries, to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally
3. Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable upstream process by identifying areas of improvement
- 3+ years of finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, account receivable (collections) or general ledger experience
- 1. Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Studies or other related areas
- 2. 4 to 6 years of experience in Accounts Receivables or payable or reconciliation
- 3. Ability to provide exceptional customer experience
- 4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- 5. Good interpersonal skills and team player
- 6. Ability to take initiatives, meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
- 7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- 1. Post-graduation or a Master’s Degree Accounting/Finance or a related field
- 2. 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivables or payable in Amazon vendor central
