Join the UOP IT Team to support project, product and service
business and closely work with functional teams in Energy and Sustainability
Solutions (ESS) Honeywell business. This specific role will be the liaison
between the Corporate IT team and the UOP Project Business, while also helping
provide solutions across all UOP product lines.
The Senior IT Business Partner will play a critical part to
support financial landscape, speed, quality and cost efficiency thru budgeting,
forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. They will play a key role in
managing enterprise standard tools like ERP, SFDC and implementing new project,
Product management processes and finance strategies to achieve committed
business performance. They will also play a critical role in supporting
Honeywell business leaders to drive IT initiatives and Strategic Roadmap They
will help identify trends and developments in competitive environments and
support the management outcome decisions.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in SAP PS,
FICO and Integrated tools with experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Equivalent
8-10 years of relevant experience (preferably in financial planning, analysis, and Project Business)

Must have experience in Project System, FICO functional and Configuration knowledge in SAP ECC system.
The Consultant should have relevant experience in the following areas −
SAP PS Implementation Experience: End-to-end Implementation experience in different domains - Sales, Services, Manufacturing, or any other Industry.
Good configuration knowledge of PS structures: WBS, Network, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Material Requirement planning, Project quotation, Time sheets, Goods issues, and other project management activities in SAP PS.
Must have completed at least two end-to-end implementations.
Experience on S4 HANA or complete PS module cycle from project creation to settlement.
Integration knowledge with CO, FI and MM, SD and PP.
Must be proficient in handling Issues/support functions.
Conducts user requirements gathering, blueprinting and documentation designs. Follow best practices and SAP functionality in system
Act as department subject matter expert for the SAP forecasting system.
Develop and maintain collaborative working relationship with Financial Analyst, Master Data team, Sales, and Marketing to enhance forecast accuracy.
Continuous progress demonstrating ongoing process improvement within forecasting processes and system.
Understand of SAP interfaces with Salesforce, Tax ware and other tools etc.
Understanding of business process from order to cash.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office application
Excellent interpersonal skills
