Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software engineering or a related role.
3-5+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting RPA solutions using UiPath.
3-5+ years of experience with a scripting language such as Python, Ruby, or JavaScript.
Proven experience in SDLC and Agile methodology driving the execution of complex software projects.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving troubleshooting skills.
Ability to apply a systems thinking approach to analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes.
