Qualys is looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager who is an expert in Cloud technology, collaborative, and truly excited about leading Qualys' Cloud Security offerings. This role manages Qualys Cloud Security products' roadmap, requirements, and priorities (CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP). This is a very visible and technical hands-on role where you will research the requirements and interact with the Engineering team to define and bring it to Qualys Cloud Security product. You will work very closely with product engineering leadership and be a key member interfacing with product leadership and executive staff. The successful candidate will be able to interface and influence cross-functional teams throughout the company.

Responsibilities: What do you get to do?

• Be the ‘Product Owner’ that the engineering teams look up to Product Roadmap – Define and Develop a product roadmap that represents key deliverables, customer asks, and market direction.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to identify needs and map them to the overall product roadmap.
• Provide technical and program oversight within the Qualys Cloud Security product portfolio.
• Work closely with the Cloud Security Solutions product leadership to prioritize day-to-day activities and align with the roadmap.
• Manage dependencies within and outside of the Public Cloud Security product.
• Provide timely updates to the executive team.
• Ability to engage and positively influence customers and partners.

Desired Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

• The candidate must possess a product management/marketing background with two years of proven product management experience and five years in IT security.
• Comfortable with conflicts, capable of influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Prior experience with one or more Public Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM, OCI, Alibaba) is required.
• Good domain knowledge of cyber security technologies is required.
• Any past programming or integration experience will be highly beneficial.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills – capable of explaining complex requirements in simple words.
• Passionate problem solver and have a strong desire to learn new things.
• Experience working with large enterprises, understanding their needs and capabilities in deploying new software.
• Prior experience in software development and a good understanding of software engineering methodologies is a big plus.
• Experience with SaaS models / cloud-based security systems is a plus.
• Prior experience with Public Cloud Provider Marketplace listings and integrations is a plus.
• Bachelor's / master’s degree in a technical field
