We are seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Technical Functional Analyst who can provide support in the execution of projects that include a technical component. This is a hands-on delivery role focused on functional analysis, system behavior definition, and technical collaboration within MetLife’s technology landscape. The role translates business requirements into precise techno functional designs that can be implemented, tested, and operated reliably. Acting at the intersection of business, IT delivery, and vendors, the analyst ensures solutions are technically feasible, well-specified, and aligned with MetLife’s New Frontier strategy by improving solution quality, reducing rework, and enabling predictable delivery.
Key Relationships:
Internal Stake Holder – EMEA ART Leader, ART Leadership team, India EMEA Technology AVP, and Business process Owners for EMEA Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
·Oversee functional gap analysis between business needs and existing systems, identifying configuration vs. customization options.

·A working understanding of AI concepts and experience leveraging productivity tools to support effective, data driven work.
