Staff Software Engineer - Java, Spring Boot, ReactJs, Microservices & Cloud

• Software: Java, Spring Boot, React.js, TypeScript, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform, REST APIs, Microservices, SQL/NoSQL, Observability & Monitoring.
• Application Architecture: Scalable, resilient, event-driven, secure multi-tenant microservices architecture, micro-frontend.
• Cloud Architecture: Azure (AKS, Event Hub, Azure AD, ARM), Azure Functions, Logic Apps.
• Frameworks/Others: Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, Elasticsearch, NoSQL, RDBMS, Snowflake.

What You'll Do:

Technical Leadership

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of large-scale distributed applications and platform services.

  
  

• Drive technical excellence through design reviews, coding standards, engineering best practices, and architectural governance.

  
  

• Partner with Product Management, UX, Architects, and Engineering leaders to define technical roadmaps and execution plans.

  
  

• Identify and address technical debt, scalability bottlenecks, and operational risks.

  
  

Software Development

• Design and develop backend services usingJava,Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architectures.

  
  

• Build modern, responsive, and performant user interfaces usingReact.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.

  
  

• Develop highly scalable and resilient cloud-native applications following domain-driven and event-driven design principles.

  
  

• Ensure high-quality code through automated testing, peer reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.

  
  

Cloud & Platform Engineering

• Design and deploy solutions onMicrosoft Azure, leveraging services such as App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Hub, Key Vault, and Azure Storage.

  
  

• Define cloud architecture patterns focused on scalability, security, observability, and cost optimization.

  
  

• Collaborate with platform teams to improve reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.

  
  

DevOps & Operational Excellence

• Drive CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent platforms.

  
  

• Establish monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability practices using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana, or similar tools.

  
  

• Champion DevSecOps practices including security scanning, vulnerability management, and compliance automation.

  
  

Mentorship & Collaboration

• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers through technical coaching and code reviews.

  
  

• Lead technical discussions and influence engineering decisions across teams.

  
  

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and engineering excellence.

  
  

• Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding efforts.

  
  

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  
  

• 8–12+ years of software engineering experience with enterprise-scale applications.

  
  

• Strong expertise inJava,Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

  
  

• Strong frontend development experience withReact.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.

  
  

• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and distributed systems.

  
  

• Hands-on experience withMicrosoft Azure cloud services and cloud-native application development.

  
  

• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.

  
  

• Strong understanding of software design patterns, scalability, performance optimization, and security best practices.

  
  

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.

  
  
• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka, Azure Event Hub, or Service Bus.

  
  

• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms.

  
  

• Experience with observability and monitoring platforms.

  
  

• Azure Developer, Azure Solutions Architect, or Kubernetes certifications.

  
  

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and platform modernization programs.
