Your role and responsibilities

As a Back-End Developer specializing in Artificial Intelligence for IBM Z, you will work in an agile, collaborative environment to deliver creative solutions to client problems and requirements in various AI-related areas. You will employ IBM's Design Thinking to create solutions that provide a great user experience along with world-class quality, resiliency, performance, security, and stability. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Design and Code Solutions: Design, code, debug, test, and deliver creative solutions to client problems and requirements in various AI-related areas for IBM Z, leveraging DevOps methodologies. * Apply IBM Design Thinking: Employ IBM's Design Thinking to create solutions that provide a great user experience along with world-class quality, resiliency, performance, security, and stability. * Collaborate with Team: Work in an agile, collaborative environment to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet client needs. * Leverage AI Technologies: Work on leading-edge projects using technologies like machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing to develop next-generation AI solutions. * Deliver High-Quality Solutions: Ensure solutions meet the highest standards of quality, resiliency, performance, security, and stability.

* Exposure to Agile Development: Experience working with agile development methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions to client problems and requirements. * AI Technology Foundation: Exposure to AI-related technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, with the ability to apply them to real-world problems. * Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages relevant to AI development, with the ability to design, code, debug, test, and deliver high-quality solutions. * DevOps Knowledge: Experience working with DevOps methodologies, leveraging tools and practices to ensure efficient and effective solution delivery. * Design Thinking Principles: Understanding of IBM's Design Thinking principles, with the ability to apply them to create solutions that provide a great user experience and meet client needs.

Preferred technical and professional experience

* Familiarity with Quantum Architectures: Exposure to quantum and neuromorphic architectures for next-generation AI solutions, with the ability to apply them to real-world problems. * Knowledge of Brain Inspired Algorithms: Experience working with brain-inspired algorithms, learning with memories, and knowledge representation and reasoning to develop innovative AI solutions. * Understanding of Causal Inference: Exposure to causal inference, knowledge induction, and symbolic and trainable logic, with the ability to apply them to complex AI-related challenges.
