Team Leadership & Staff Management- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise store staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Inventory & Stock Management- Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained at all times.
- Monitor inventory movement and coordinate replenishment activities.
- Conduct regular stock audits and inventory checks.
- Minimize stock losses, damages, and discrepancies.
- Coordinate closely with the Retail Operations Manager and Merchandise Team.
Financial & Administrative Management- Manage store budgets and operational expenses.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze buying trends, customer requirements, and profitability reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Compliance & Safety- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security regulations.
- Maintain compliance with company standards and statutory requirements.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of products.
Marketing & Promotions- Plan and execute in-store promotional activities.
- Coordinate visual merchandising and product displays.
- Support marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement and sales.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Commerce, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, store operations, or customer service management.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
