Job Scope:

The role involves managing and overseeing the physical inbound and outbound operation, ensuring high service levels and compliance with customer SLAs and network procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize appropriate shifts and manning levels to meet business requirements.
• Ensure efficient recovery, inspection, and receipt of inbound stock.
• Monitor sorting and loading of inbound shipments.
• Oversee ground handler and warehouse provider performance.
• Ensure adherence to customer SOPs and achievement of KPIs.
• Promote safe working practices and participate in quality assurance initiatives.
• Develop a high-performance service culture within the team.
• Monitor individual performance and resource allocation.
• Maintain good working relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of warehousing experience.
• Minimum 1 year in a SPL (Service Provider Logistics) environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a cross-functional/matrix organization.

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree level.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication skills (English/Local Language), both spoken and written.
• Good documentation skills (screening, archiving, retrieval).
