Job Title: Graduate Engineer Analyst – AIML Domain

Experience: 0–1 year (AI domain/projects/internships) 
Education: B.Tech from Tier-1 Engineering Colleges (IIT, NIT, IIIT, VIT, BITS Pilani)

Role Overview:

We are looking for passionate and highly motivated Graduate Engineers to join our AIML team. You will work closely with AI leaders and architects on cutting-edge Agentic AI and Generative AI projects across multiple industries. This role offers exposure to horizontal AI initiatives, enabling you to design and implement AI solutions that drive innovation at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in research, design, implementation, and optimization of Machine Learning and AI models.

  
  
  

• Collaborate with AI product managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful AI solutions.

  
  
  

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications for AI model development and deployment.

  
  
  

• Assist in building data ingestion and transformation pipelines for AI projects.

  
  
  

• Explore and visualize data to identify patterns, anomalies, and insights for model improvement.

  
  
  

• Implement transfer learning strategies and identify new training datasets.

  
  
  

• Train, validate, and fine-tune AI/ML models; define preprocessing and feature engineering steps.

  
  
  

• Analyze model performance, identify errors, and design strategies for improvement.

  
  
  

• Deploy AI models into production environments and create APIs for integration with enterprise systems.

  
  
  

• Work on Agentic AI frameworks and Generative AI solutions for real-world applications.

  
  
  

• ReactJS for building interactive AI agents and user interfaces. (Optional)

  
  
  

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python (MUST)

  
  
  

• Experience with ReactJS for building AI-driven interfaces (Good to have but not mandatory)

  
  
  

• Knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI concepts.

  
  
  

• Familiarity with algorithms for classification, clustering, and predictive modeling.

  
  
  

• Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation strategies.

  
  
  

• Ability to visualize and manipulate large datasets; experience with SQL is a plus.

  
  
  

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems into workable solutions.

  
  
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  
  
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts.

Education:

• 4 years bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, AI/Data Science, Electronics, or related field from Tier-1 engineering colleges (IIT/NIT/IIIT/VIT/BITS Pilani).
