About the Role: We are looking for a Tech Lead who can own end-to-end architecture, development, and delivery of scalable web applications.
This is a hands-on leadership role, combining deep technical expertise with team mentorship, product thinking, and execution ownership.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage full-stack development using Python, Django, and Next.
