  Role accountabilities: 1.
Requirement Gathering & Analysis Assist in collecting and analyzing business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into technical specifications under supervision.
2. System Support & Troubleshooting Provide first-level support for applications and systems.
Identify, analyze, and document issues, escalating when required.
3. Data & Process Analysis Support in analyzing workflows, system logs, and performance reports.
Assist in preparing insights to improve processes and system efficiency.
4. Documentation & Reporting Prepare technical documentation, process flows, and user manuals.
Generate regular status reports on system performance and issue resolution.
5. Collaboration Work closely with development, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth communication.
Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or scripting languages is an advantage.
Understanding of IT systems, databases, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to dynamic environments.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Team player with a keen interest in technology and business processes.
