Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant-Technical Architect - SFDC 

Responsibilities 

• Excellent capabilities in architecting/re-imagining the business application in customer Enterprise landscape. 

• Able to create value stream and provide options to customer for a given business problem. 

• Work closely with client/stakeholders, execute technical workshops, with an ability to understand business requirements, convert them into feasible technical architecture at a detailed level that can be translated into technical deliverables. 

• Excellent in identifying the gaps and opportunities between as-is and to-be processes. 

• Provide technical leadership and insights during RFP and presales process, able to work closely with presales team. 

• Identify the risks and provide mitigation plans. 

• Providing oversight to other stakeholders and liaising with other teams wherever required. 

• Setup of project governance model. 

• Work closely with the delivery team and provide leadership wherever required. 

• Closely working with technical and support team and providing all technical guidance so that deliveries are streamlined, and production is running smoothly. 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications/ Skills 

• B.E or B.Tech or MCA 

• Expertise in force.com fundamentals, including data design, data migration, sharing and visibility, and integrations 

• Proficient in implementing APEX enterprise patterns 

• Experienced in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, and the latest features of the force.com platform 

• Skilled in estimations and sizing 

• Experienced in code review, debugging, and best practices implementations 

• Proficient at creating and maintaining solution and technical design documents 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

• ArchiMate is an additional advantage. 

• Excellent skills in persuasion and documentation detailing out all the aspects of architecture like security, business process mapping, integrations plan, environment plans, risks and mitigation plan, boundaries and responsibilities definition of each stakeholder. 

• Expertise in any of the tools like draw.io, visio, lucidchart. Modelling tools knowledge is a must. 

• Status quo challenger and driven by logic and able to favor fairness in all circumstances. 

• Excellent understanding of design patterns, enterprise architectural patterns and enterprise integration patterns. 

• Excellent skills in large data volume applications and security aspects.
